Update from last blog!!

The last blog was actually an old one from myspace. But it had good info, so I posted it. But I wanted to put out an update!! I got to talk to the girl of my dreams.... And she coming back soon!! YAY!!!! Hopefully before the month of November gets here.... And she is crazy about me, and I'm just excited and have to shout it out to everyone.... Even though I don't anyone reads this blog.... bummer.....

So It's Been A While

So I haven't posted in a while... I think some people's actually read this.. So I will write something for kicks and giggles.

What's new??? I'm sick again, in fact everyone in my house is sick!!!

I'm working on convincing this woman that I'm trying to have a relationship with, that she's incredible and totally worth my time... And yes I am hopelessly in love with her and totally and seriously whipped... I know poor me..... LOL!!!

There are some random people contacting me.... Which I'm cool with!! Trying to get a better job than crappy Wal-Mart (still sooooo embarrassing to admit that)...

Alyxis is doing incredible!!!!!!!! She is actually speaking with sentences, and is trying to count to 10!!! Loves Sesame Street, Blues Clues, Baby Einstiens and of course Elmo!!!

My mom's Austrailian Cattledog has decided that I'm HER human now.... So I think I have a dog now...... Alyxis loves all animals (We think she will be an vet!!).

And I am switching my major yet again.. I think for the last time though.... I'm thinking about Majoring in History and Minoring in Woman's Studies. Why Woman's Studies, because it's awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It covers the psychology, philosophy, history and everything else concerning all things Woman.. Totally my kind of area of learning!!!!! My goal... To be the hot history teacher, oh yes... That's what I'm talking about!!! LOL!!

I'm going to try to paint with acrylics.. Why, because I think it looks cool. And I'm bored with just drawing with pen and ink.... But I promise to upload pics.. I got one bad ass project going right now... Maybe a pirate pinup girl later..... Anyways thats what's new!!!

Grilled Veggie Salad

This is super yummy and really healthy. Its like a double bonus!!!

Grilled Veggie Salad

3 Ears of Corn

5 Zuccini

4 Yellow Squash

1 Red Onion

2 Bell Peppers

1 Publano Pepper

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Toss and coat veggies in oil and seasoning. Chop all veggies in half except for corn, and peppers. Grill until veggies are al dente. Cut corn off cob, chop other veggies to bite size pieces. Toss together and serve hot!

Black Beans and Rice

I know that the cabbage sounds wierd, but it was sooooo good. Bok choy or fennel would be an awesome substitute!

Black Beans and Rice

1 cup White Rice

1 can Black Beans

1 can Pinto Beans

½ head cabbage

2 Shallots

2 Bell Peppers

½ - ¾ cup Chicken Broth

Handful of Parsley or Cilantro

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Shred cabbage, and julienne shallots and peppers. Saute veggies until translucent. Once veggies are cooked, drain and add beans. Add rice and 1 cup water, plus ½ - ¾ cup Chicken Broth. Simmer until rice is cooked according to box directions. Chop and fold in Parsley or Cilantro. Serve hot!

Dijon Mustard Marinted Chicken

Ok!!!!! My first recipe post!! Let me know what you think of the recipes! I love them.

Dijon Mustard Marinated Chicken

Marinade

1lb Chicken Tenders

¼ cup Dijon Mustard

½ cup Olive Oil

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Pepper

¼ cup Pepperoncini Juice

Handful fresh chopped Cilantro or Parsley

Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag and thoroughly combine. Open and put Chicken into zip lock bag. Place in fridge for at least 1 hr. Preheat oven to 375 when you pull Chicken out. Or warm up grill to same temp. Cook for 10-15min or until done. Allow Chicken to come to room temp. Serve with my Black Beans and Rice or my Grilled Veggie Salad.

Oh Life...

So between school and work I have no life again!! YAY!!! But on the plus side, I am seeing this incredible woman.. Who makes me smile. And I can't help but think about her all the time. Oh geez.. I got it bad.... I'm such a lezzie.... Oh well!! Yay for awesome, incredible women!!!

I'm a nerd!!

So I went to my first IT class last night. And it's fucking awesome!!!!! We made cables, sounds boring I know, but it was cool to make one that works. And later on in the degree I learn how to hack and create networks and servers. And the best part......... I get to infect a computer with a virus.... Exciting!!!!!!!!! I am such a nerd... Seriously, who's surprised?

Oh I am gonna start posting my cooking recipes, and I have tried them on people and they love them!!! So try them, let me know what you think, and enjoy!!

Friends....

I don't know if I just have strange friends or what. But I have noticed that I am friends with people who I do have fun with, when they are around, or they are biggest flakers in the freaking world!!!! I find it annoying that I can text, call or message or email them. And I get no response, but if they were to contact me than I had better answer. So that makes me wonder...... Are these so called friends really friends at all, or are they people who are friendly when they feel that they have the time.

Here's my definition of a true friend (and yes I have 2 that fit this bill completely and I hope that I fit it for them too)

1. They return your messages and such. Maybe not right away, they do a life of their own, but they do return your message.
2. If you are upset, they can tell.... None of the "What?!" bullshit I seem to be getting lately.
3. You talk regularly, none of the silent treatment crap I am also getting from some people.

4. They back you up no matter what!!!

5. They accept you for who you are, including your quirks. (Mine crack up my best friends)

6. They know the type of person to set you up on a date with, even if you don't know your type.

7. They know you better then you know yourself.

And so on...

Basically they get you, they understand you, they would do just about anything for you. So is it so many people don't treat people the way they want to be treated... I don't get it. Is it really that crazy of me to want these kind of people in my life? Is it crazy to have a checklist of makes a great friend? I think not. If I had a choice, I would only have friends like the kind mentioned above.!

Fast and the Furious Punks

So while I was on lunch this guy. Let's call him jerkoff. Who happens to be in a noisy honda accord(I hate those kind of hondas), decides that it is a great idea to just get out of his car, walk over to his buddys while he is in line for the drive thru like 3 times, burn out right in front of me, at the entrance of the drive thru for like almost a min. And then has the balls to come over to my window and ask me to roll it down. I mouthed fuck no. So he said sorry and walked to his car.
Now seriously... WTF!!! Where are the cops when idiots like that burn out in a drive thru? And who the fuck does that guy think he is coming over to me and asking me to roll down my window.
I can't stand people like jerkoff. Who think they are gods gift to the world and can just do whatever the fuck they feel like. But I do have a crazy story to tell now.....

Oh Life...

So I start school on Monday.. yay..... I couldn't sleep last night, which sucked. And the other night I went out with a friend. (We can only be friends since my personality is not dating material) Just a little fucked up. Yes it is, thank you!!!! But she's fun to hang with, so whatever!!

Um I saw the Transformers movie. The second one, OMG!!! Megan Fox was like super hot. More hot than normal. Due to the motorcycle!!!!!!! Memo to all the foxy lady's out there. Get a freaking motorcycle, dyke's will be falling all over themselves to get in your pants!!

Um yea.. Still tired, grouchy and irritated. And now I get to go to the post office!!! yay...

Who gives a flying fuck if Barack is in trouble with his wife. I think Michelle is more than capable to tell him to shut the fuck up and to unfuck himself. As for the rest of us. It is not our business and we just don't care. How about we talk about shit that matters. Like how our troops that Obma promised to bring home... still arn't home. How about the "don't ask, don't tell" thats still in effect?  How about our economy thats not getting any better? How about talking about all of the promises that this spineless long winded gas bag promised to get elected???

Favorite Shows

So I don't really have anything to say. But I'm bored.... So I am gonna ramble. Just warning you! I love 2 shows, the only ones that I really follow, Bones and Cold Case. I don't know why, but they are my favorite characters. I can only hope that I can work with people like that someday, when I am in law enforcement.

WTF Obama!

So I've been sick for 3 weeks. And I finally got over it. If anyone is keeping up with this blog sorry its been so long. But I do have to say this. WTF is up with Obama. Defending Iran, trying to uphold DOMA. I wonder when he is gonna get shot or ran out of office. So far he is fucking up horribly. Fucking loser! I'm so glad I didn't vote for him!

Prop 8 and Politicans

Seriously. Did the Supreme Court really just pull that crap. WTF!!! What is with politicans. I mean seriously. Why are they allowed to stay in office after they don't follow through with their promises. 

Here I got one. How about when its time for a new election season. Instead of all of the ad campains. We all look and see what they did and compare it to their "I just want to get elected" lists. And if they didn't follow through. Fire their fucking asses! 

Lets face it people. In the real world, with people like you and me. If we said all that crap in our interviews, but didn't do any of the items. We would get fired so fast our heads would spin. Why do we put up this crap...

I hope our kids arn't to ashamed of us in the future....

Prop 8

Ok so I hope the California Supreme Court makes the right decision and allows same sex marriage. And it's not because I'm gay. I hope they do and keep it legal so that true equal rights can be had. Plus the separation of church and state would be awesome!!

I am so sick of this!

I am so sick of people asking me if I will actually be able to handle my schedule. Don't they realize that is the best way to throw someone off of their game! Hello!!!! Just so you all know. I work fri-mon, 10pm-7am. And on tues-fri, 6pm-10pm I go to school. It's alot, but thats why naps were invented. Amazing huh!! Plus I was in the fucking Navy for 4 years, whats that thing called sleep?? Because you defintely don't get to sleep while you are enlisted. Maybe if I was an officer.....

I am insane!

Hey! So I am starting to get into the groove of work and school. I sleep so much better now, I have no idea why?? LOL!! Oh wait yes I do it's because I am insane for doing this to myself!!! Oh well. At least my best friend is AWESOME and watchs my daughter for me. So I am blessed!!

The title says it all. Jed Bush is thinking about running with Dick Cheney in 2012... If those knuckleheads end up with the Republican nomination, I'm voting for Obama (that is if Hillary doesn't win). And I hate Obama, refer to the below book for my feeling on that.  I posted the following on my myspace blog. It basically sums up my feelings with the overall climate these days. 

Has anything annoyed you lately? Um something is annoying me, its called the lack of open-mindedness and the over flowing amount of ignorance that is flying around these days! I will have to chat about politics so I can get it out of head and move onto something else. Okay!!!

Now then I am just gonna touch on a few topics. Now just to get this straight.. I did not vote for Obama, I voted for McCain and I still stand by my vote. If Hillary had been the nominee than I would have voted for her. Cause she is the poo!!! With McCain I knew what to expect and what I would have to fight for personally. With Obama he's kinda um showy.. He definitely was the celebrity candidate and I hate that he is compared to MLK. Because in my opinion no one will ever compare with that great man. I have no doubt in my mind that Obama is not gonna be able to do the things he said he would. Plus all of these "stimulus packages" are the worse thing he could be pushing. Because he is having some people pay it back, people who need their money in their pockets for bills and life. Not bailing out Obama's bad decisions. 

 We need to fix the problem, by holding all of these CEO's responsible, fix the taxes so that are actually used(and not padding the pockets of some people), get rid of departments that waste money and are useless(Minority centered groups). (I know that sounds racist but this is America, the melting pot of the world. It is so diverse because of the people in it and we don't need "departments" to mandate rights. We should just have equal rights).

 How about requiring companies to continue hiring people instead of employing hiring freezes so that when we are in a recession these people don't have to go on welfare. Lower some of these outrageous cost of living areas. So that normal everyday people can live there. Tell these environmentalist groups and celebrities to shut their traps and help fix the problems instead of creating them. Install solar panels in highly lit areas (Alaska during the 6 months of daylight!!!), deserts and such. Water generators along all coastal areas and rivers. Wind generated power in  high windy areas, Wyoming, foothills off of the mountain ranges, coasts anybody. Employ these people to build and later maintain these structures. These projects would stimulate the economy in a lasting way, give people careers not jobs, and help the environment by reducing out carbon footprint. 

We should have total and complete equal rights. Absolutely no legislation should be based on religion, because we are so diverse. Yes the United States was founded with religion as a base line. But that was 1775 people. It is 2009!!! This is a society and a country who is made up and managed by multiple races, religions. We need to stop the "that's just the way it is" excuse. That is the lazy way and we need to grow up as a society. 

Gun rights are just that a right. If anyone has a mental condition then they should not have any access to any firearms. That sucks for the family members that aren't mentally handicapped. But that right there would cut down on these mass shootings. Serializing bullets, pu leaze like that would do anything. These outrageous gun and bullet taxes are just pissing people off. Institute the law where if someone breaks into your home or threatens you with a deadly weapon, where your life is in peril then yes you should be able to shoot that individual. Its self-defense people, guns should only be for defense. 

Get rid of nuclear technology and everything that goes with it. That is just a ticking time bomb. I don't know about you, but I don't want my daughter to have to worry about nuclear fallout from a detonation. Or myself for that matter.... 

Abortion is the mothers choice and right. But there should be some guidelines. For example; if your under the age of 18*, a victim of rape, or there is a serious health risk for the fetus or the mother. *Under 18 because everybody deserves to have an opportunity to succeed and it is way more difficult with a child. A victim of rape because it was not consensual and may be too painful(mentally) for the mother. Serious health risk where the mother could die, or the child has a disease that would not allow that child to live a normal life. (Not Autism, diseases like that). The ones where the child isn't expected to live past the age of 2 or something like that.  But every one of those mothers should have to go through a very thorough education of everything and anything that happens with an abortion. 

Gay marriage..... Um yea, I absolutely believe that everybody should be able to get married. I don't think that it is degrading, or unconstitutional for same sex marriage. I think people who get married and divorced over 2 times are degrading the values of marriage. It's people like that who are treating it like its just a piece of paper instead of a spiritual joining of 2 people. Yet another example of people using religion to back their ignorance. 

So I'm done ranting.. If I have offended you. Sorry, but this is my personal opinion. And I know that some of you, friends I am fond of, will disagree with what I have said here. But I won't hold that against you!! LOL!! ¤

Those Poor Republicans

You know I almost feel sorry for those republicans. But then they go and say something stupid like Dick Cheney is a glimmer of hope, and his outspokenness is welcome......????? Did they forget that he shot someone in the face, and got away with it!!!! And people wonder why their party is sliding down hill.

Just Starting

HEYY!!! 

So I got sick of blogging on myspace. So I thought it would be fun to join this site and chat here. Um I have a 19 month old who keeps me on my toes. I am going to school fun time for information technology. I am working at Walmart, which I think is hilarious. I might not blog everyday, but I will try!!
